Terms and Conditions for the August 15-16, 2020, Shooting the Stars workshop
Cancellation policy: If you cancel before midnight on July 1st, 2020 (45 days before the workshop), you will receive a full refund of all money paid. If you cancel between midnight, July 1st, 2020, and midnight, July 16th, 2020 (less than 45 but more than 30 days prior to the workshop), you will receive a refund of all money paid minus a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel after midnight, July 16th, 2020 (less than 30 days before the workshop), you will receive no refund unless Glenn Randall Photography can fill your spot, in which case you will receive a refund of money paid minus a cancellation fee of $150. If you do need to cancel, please let Glenn Randall Photography know as soon as possible so that people on the waiting list can have the opportunity to take the workshop.
Life happens, and the best-laid plans can go awry. Glenn Randall Photography strongly recommends purchasing trip cancellation insurance. The cost is nominal compared to the total cost of the trip. Please check out the following two websites, where you can research and purchase travel insurance.
In the highly unlikely event that Glenn Randall Photography cancels this workshop, all money paid will be refunded. Under no circumstances, however, will Glenn Randall Photography be responsible for or be held liable for any costs incurred by you involving your planned participation in this workshop, including, but not limited to: all travel-related costs, camera & other photography-related equipment purchases or rentals, purchases of clothing, luggage, etc. All workshop schedules are subject to change at the sole discretion of Glenn Randall Photography due to inclement weather, health concerns, safety considerations, or other factors.
